I specialize in turnaround of initiatives in duress. They may be in-house corporate projects, client facing business consulting, start-up initiatives or highly escalated projects in the litigation stage. If you are in a ditch and can’t figure a way out, contact me. If I am not available myself, I will refer you to my trusted peers.
I have worked on 3 continents, with people from 21 different countries, for Fortune 10 clients. Masters degrees in each of the following fields - Mathematics & Computer Science, Management of Technology, Music Performance. I speak English & French fluently, and Italian at an intermediate level. I have delivered programs with a Total Contract Value of $180M, and I have sold successful deals with multiple clients with a Total Contract Value of $70M. I have built and sold businesses as well in IT Services. I have thus far organized 3 fortune 100 organizations. My most challenging consulting work thus far has been to organize the IT PMO of a Fortune 5 company. My most rewarding work thus far has been to lead the Data Analytics work for Covid Vaccine manufacturing sites in US, Germany, Ireland and India for Pfizer.
I currently split my time between Canada, France, US and Italy.
